The apartment's location is great and central. The marina and city center are right on the doorstep. Unfortunately, the apartment is quite dated. The bathroom needs to be renovated, and some of the electrical outlets are hanging out of the walls and are anything but child-safe. Of course, the apartment would be 50-70% more expensive after modernization. If you're on a tight budget and can live with the various shortcomings, this is the right place for you...

I recommend adding an electric kettle to the kitchen equipment. Otherwise everything is perfect. We would love to come back sometime.
