Die Wohnung war so wie auf den Bildern - einfach prima. Sehr geräumig, hell und freundlich. Das ganze Anwesen macht einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Der einzige Unterschied zu den Fotos war der, dass auf dem großzügigen Balkon nicht Sofa und Sessel waren sondern 6 bequeme Gartenstühle mit einem genügend großen Esstisch für gut geeignet alle Mahlzeiten. Beim Frühstück hatten wir noch die Sonne von der Seite, den Rest des Tages war der Balkon ein angenehmer Schattenplatz mit einer fantastischen Fernsicht aufs Meer. Die Lage des Objekts ist allgemein sehr ruhig gelegen, hin und wieder fährt ein Fahrzeug durch die Straße unten am Wasser was aber nicht stört. Prigradica ist ein kleiner beschaulicher Ort mit ganz wenig Tourismus . Dort gibt es unseren Wissens nach, eine Pension, einen Einraum-Tante-Emma-Laden (in der Pension am Hafen), zwei Restaurants und eine Strandbar. Fern von jeglichem Touristengedrängel, einfach zum Erholen. Die Eigentümer wohnen im gleichen Haus, sind sehr angenehme und zurückhaltende Menschen. Sehr freundlich. Das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis war einfach prima. Demnächst gibt es auch einen neuen Pool dazu, den Rohbau haben wir schon gesehen. Das Meerwasser ist dort sehr sauber mit toller Weitsicht zum Schnorcheln. Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut und von prima Qualität, Sie hätte noch etwas umfangreicher sein können (mehr Bestecke Geschirr usw.). Unsere Anregung wurde aber dankbar entgegen genommen. Diese Wohnung und vermutlich auch die anderen in dem Objekt sind mitsamt Vermietern weiter zu empfehlen.
