Basic appartment with a good location. Would be OK for the price but the bathroom is not acceptable. The siphon is leaky which causes a penetrant smell of waste pipe. This odor fills the whole appartment incl. bedrooms and kitchen due to the open wall between bathroom and corridor. Sorry for the poor rating, but this definitely needs refurbishment before further renting.
