House 749 in the town of Pučišća, Brač - Central Dalmatia is located 2000 m from the sea. A beach is nearby (pebble). The house is categorized as houses.

Any pets you may bring are welcome in this house. As this is the only apartment in the house, there will be no other guests for the duration of your stay. You will have the house to yourself as the owners will not be in residence during your stay. Access to this house by disabled persons is impossible. The yard area is 8000 m2. A parking space is available with your accommodation. The garage will be at your disposal if you book it in advance. A boat mooring can be booked together with your accommodation. More than a kilometer away you will find: supermarket, emergency room, discotheque, centre, restaurant.

Houses intended for "Robinson Crusoe style" type of tourism are located either in remote bays accessible by macadam roads or on small islands. Sometimes found entirely isolated with no houses nearby whilst in other cases grouped with a few other houses. Drinking water is rainwater collected in water tanks, electricity is provided via solar panels, stoves and refrigerators are run by gas. There is no hot water in the house, the showers are usually situated with sun heated water tanks. It is essential to rationally use the water supplies. All necessary supplies should be brought beforehand since local stores are generally located far away. All houses are equipped with necessary household furniture and while some are well equipped, others show their Spartan spirit. If all of this does not represent you a problem and if you prefer tranquility, unspoiled nature and crisp clean sea, it will make your vacation on the Adriatic coast unforgettable!

Dobrý den,akorát jsem se vrátila z tohoto krásného romantického místa a musím Vám hned napsat kam na dovolenou na příští rok...domeček má obrovskou zahradu s olivovým hájem(dostatek stínu),políčkem se zeleninou,fíky a bylinkami.zahrada je romantická s mnoho zákoutími.co se týká elektriky,tak tam je 220v,ale....můžete bud pouštět televizi a mít zasnuté světlo nebo svítit a hrát karty bez televize,jinak to vypadne,jelikož je to přetížené.vemte si s sebou mucholapky budou se hodit nejen dovnitř,ale i ven nad stůl.Pro dámy-kuchynský kout na fotce není kuchyn,kuchyn je venku v jiné místnosti,kuchynská linka,dřez,plynový sporák,veškeré vybavení a je ho dostatek,akorát lednička,ta je malá má 3 poličky+jedna polička mrazák(10 l).neberte tolik jídla sebou,ve městě jsou 3 supermarkety,všeho dostatek,maso,čerstvé ryby,zelenina a drogerie.můžete všude platit kartou a vše je o 5-10kč levnější než u nás.co se týká pláže,určitě budete jezdit autem jelikož jste v kopci a je to dálka.a hlavně si autem zajedete do jiných,hezčích zátok.krásná dovolená pro páry co chcete být sami jako my.měli jsme sebou pejska a ten se na zahradě vyřádil,to samé ideální pro děti.domácí jsou strašně hodní a ochotní,pani rozumí i trochu česky.měli jsme se u nich jako v ráji a těžko se nám loučilo.moc vám to doporučuji hlavně kdo chce mít klid a nepotkat na dovolené čechy.mějte se hezky a přeji krásnou dovolenou s pozdravem Nováková :cool::smile:
