L'appartamento è molto carino, nuovo e ben curato, l'arredamento è semplice ma tutti i mobili sono nuovi. La struttura ha un giardino molto grande e ben curato. La distanza dal mare è effettivamente quella indicata, anche se la spiaggia vicina non è molto grande; non è vicinissimo il centro, che è comunque raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 10 minuti, ma a pochi metri dalla casa si trovano comunque il supermercato, alcuni ristoranti ed alcuni negozi. La proprietaria è una signora davvero molto simpatica e disponibile, parla abbastanza bene l'italiano ed è ben informata su tutto ciò che riguarda l'isola.
