Egy hosszú hétvégét töltöttünk el, 9 fős társasággal ebben az apartman házban. Foglalásunk a szuterén, második emelet és a padláslakásra szólt. Az apartman jónak mondható, jól felszerelt, viszonylag modern. Házigazda nagyon készséges rendes, minden kérés megbeszélhető vele. Mi kértük, hogy utolsó nap ne kelljen kipakolnunk 10 óráig a lakást a cuccainktól. Mivel nem jöttek a felső részbe aznap így délutánig maradhattunk. Takarítása nem túl jó, hűtők nem voltak kitakarítva, néhol penészes volt. Az ágyak jók és az ágynemű, törölközők tiszták gondosan mosottak! Tűzhely a szuterénben nehezen hozható működésbe. Minden lakrészben van klíma, használható. A klímákat viszont nem tartották karban, szűrők penészesek, koszosak, vigyázzon aki érzékeny a levegő tisztaságára, mert penészgomba lehet a levegőben. Főleg a tetőtéri lakásban van nagy szükség a klímára, mert jó idő esetén nagyon meleg a helyiség. Pozitív tulajdonsága, hogy minden szinten van saját fürdőszoba, ami tiszta! Konyha viszont csak az alsó szuterénben és a tetőtérben található. Amit az ajánlat nem pontosan tükröz, hogy a felső tetőtéri és a második emeleti rész külön lépcsőházon keresztül közelíthető meg, de ezt egyben adja ki a tulaj. Figyeljen mindenki a lakrészek területére, mert több személy költözhet be az ajánlat szerint, de a felső részen (tetőtér és második emelet) 6 felnőttnél több esetén kényelmetlen. A pótágyak még gyerekeknek is szerény. Alsó szuterén inkább pároknak javasolt, nem teljesen nyugodt lakrész, mert a képen látható ajtó közvetlen az utcára nyílik. Igaz a városnak ez a része nagyon csendes. Összesen a helybéliek állnak meg a beszélgetni az ajtó előtt hajnalban. Szuterénbe vihető állat, ami pozitív. Viszont aki a szuterént szeretné kivenni, számítson a falakba, berendezésbe ivódott cigaretta szagra, amit lehetetlen kiszellőztetni. Nem dohányzunk, ezért az átható szag nagyon zavaró volt. Senj, nagyon kedves kisváros! Az apartmanhoz közel van a stand, ami köves. :smile: :lol: :lol:

Minden szuperül zajlott. Nagyon jól pihentünk, a tulajdonos nagyon kedves volt, abszolút nem volt tolakodó, 2 x láttuk. Mindent köszönünk.
