SUBAGENT'S COMMISSION
For mediation services the subagent receives a commission based on the price of the reserved service (tax and any additional service not included) indicated on our website. The only exception is for food in hotels, for which the subagent receives a commission.
The commission rate depends on the total traffic realised during the season and the type of reserved service, as shown in the table below:

The subagent keeps the amount of the commission when the client realizes the first payment.
The amount of traffic for each reserved service is indicated separately. Traffics realized for different services cannot be cumulated in order to obtain a commission rate more important for a particular service. The traffic for each service is cumulated inside a season (01/10 - 30/09). The commission rate achieved at the end of the season is the starting rate (minimum) for the following season.
The traffic for the following year is calculated from the beginning. Until the amount of traffic is less than the amount realized the previous season, the commission rate does not change as indicated in the table; the commission rate achieved by the end of the previous season is then applied. At the end of the season the commission rate will be revised according to the new traffic achieved.
The commission rate for reservations of 'last minute' offer, group reservations or special services (transfers, excursions, tours, etc) is less than the regular rate and must be defined for each reservation.
In case of cancellation before the clients’ arrival, non presentation of the clients, or in case of cancellation because of an unjustified complaint of the clients, the subagent loses the right to the commission realised, unless if the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount of the reservation and the subagent has already realized the total payment to Adriatic.hr. If the total amount of the reservation has not been paid, the subagent loses the right to the commission made and is obliged to pay it to Adriatic.hr.
In case that the complaint of the client is justified and the only solution is to propose him an alternative accommodation, with the intervention of Adriatic,hr, the subagent has the right to keep the commission received only if he participates actively in the resolution of the complaint by contacting the client. If Adriatic.hr is not able to offer an alternative accommodation to the client, the subagent will be reimbursed of the amount he paid.
