In addition, every unit also contains photographies of its microlocation (the beach and the riviera of the town or place the unit is situated in).
    The combination of the attached photographies and the given information provides a rather concrete and realistic view of the quality of the offered units and in that way, the possibility of any sort of unpleasant surprises upon arrival is reduced to minimum.

    Since our primary goal is the realistic review of the actual state, all the owners in the private accommodation have signed a contract by which they are required to inform the agency of any possible changes in their unit. Immediately upon receiving the information, the agency updates the information on the Internet.

    If the guest would like to make the payment for the reservation as soon as possible, in addition to the standard payment methods, via bank remittances or paying on the agency's giro account, they are also given the possibility of paying for the reservation online via credit cards with which Adriatic.hr has signed a contract.     The agency guarantees to reply to every received email within 6 working hours upon receiving it. In other words, every email that arrives to the agency's official address (info@adriatic.hr) by 14.00,  will be replied to the same day, while all the emails received after 14.00 will be processed first thing the following day, ie.by 14.00 of the following working day.
     
  • instalment payment
    We would like to emphasise that as sign of the reservation confirmation, you are not required to pay the whole amount of the chosen arrangment price, but are given a possibility of paying in two instalments; the first instalment you pay while making the reservation of the certain accommodation unit, while the second instalment payment is made in our agency on the day of your arrival.   • clearly defined prices
    We would like to have a honest contact with our guests wherein all the parameters for making a final decision regarding the place of your vacation, especially the price, will be completely clear. We have tried to show the final prices in all the parts of our web site. If, for objective reasons, we are not able to do so, we inform the guest of all the possible extra expenses and charges before they make the confirmation payment, thus sparing them of all the later inconveniences that they were not prepared to. We exclude the possibility of any sort of unexpected price rise, and if it does come to it, it will not in any way affect the already confirmed and paid arrangments.
