Guten Abend, ich fand es nicht so schön, dass die Küche sehr dreckig war. Es muss dringend eine Grundreinigung gemacht werden. In dem Zustand kann man es nicht vermieten. Auch wenn das Mobiliar schon älter ist, kann man sicherlich sauberer halten bevor man es an Gäste vermietet. Mit freundlichen Grüßen
Good evening, I didn't like that the kitchen was very dirty. A thorough cleaning is urgently needed. It cannot be rented in this condition. Even if the furniture is older, you can certainly keep it cleaner before renting it out to guests. Kind regards

Appartamento ampio e pulito. Nel bagno bello grande, manca la finestra e (per le abitudini italiane) manca anche il bidet. Il condizionatore posizionato in un angolo del soggiorno purtroppo nelle camere non è molto efficace. Cucina attrezzata, ma con un frigorifero troppo piccolo.
Large and clean apartment. In the large beautiful bathroom, there is no window and (for Italian habits) the bidet is also missing. The air conditioner placed in the corner of the living room unfortunately in the rooms is not very effective. Equipped kitchen, but with a too small fridge.
