Начнем из плюсов:
1. Очень близко к морю, первая линия.
2. Сам поселок тихий и спокойный. все что надо есть
3. Комната укомплектована необходимым минимумом
4. Хозяева общительные, если дополнительно что-то нужно всегда можно попросить у них
5. Есть балкончик с бесподобным видом на бухточку и столиком со стульями
6. Есть телевидение и интернет
О минусах (выводы сделаны исключительно по сравнениям с другими арендованными апартаментами в Хорватии):
1. Кухня слишком мала, что б выготавливать даже элементарную пасту))) на ней можно так сварить яйца или пожарить)) и плюс вытяжки нет и запахи будут все в комнате. Да и холодильника на двоих даже маловато.
2. Крючков для полотенец не хватает и полочек в душевой.
3. Инет работает слабо и глючит.
4. Вешалок в шкафу всего 2, хотя комната рассчитана на троих.
5. Кондиционер работает плохо, часто сам переходит в режим просто вентилятора.
6. Смеситель в душе тоже лагает. Теплую воду тяжело иногда поймать.
Let's start with the pros: 1. Very close to the sea, first line. 2. The village itself is quiet and calm. everything you need to eat 3. The room is equipped with the necessary minimum 4. The owners are sociable, if you need something in addition you can always ask them 5. There is a balcony with an unmatched view of the bay and a table with chairs 6. There is TV and the Internet About the cons (conclusions are drawn only in comparison with other rented apartments in Croatia): 1. The kitchen is too small to make even an elementary pasta))) you can cook eggs or fry on it like that)) and plus there is no extractor hood and the smells will be all in the room. And the refrigerator for two is not even enough. 2. There are not enough hooks for towels and shelves in the shower room. 3. The Internet is weak and buggy. 4. There are only 2 hangers in the closet, although the room is designed for three. 5. The air conditioner does not work well, often it goes into fan mode itself. 6. The mixer in the shower also lags. Warm water is sometimes difficult to catch.
