Odradzam przyjazd do pensjonatu Fuma.
Byliśmy ze znajomymi, nie jesteśmy rozrabiakami, ani głośnymi hulajduszami.
Zwykłe spokojne dwie rodziny z dziećmi, a wyjechaliśmy zdenerwowani i zniesmaczeni zachowaniem właścicieli - starsi ludzie, którzy ciągle coś mieli do powiedzenia.
Mój znajomy opisał w komentarzu bardziej dokładnie.
Wyjście z pensjonatu do samochodu, niebezpieczne, szybko jadące samochody.
Mrówki atakujące samochód na parkingu.
Powrót z plaży pod wielką górę - około 500 metrów.
Jadranovo to fajna mała miejscowość, ale pobyt polecam w innym pensjonacie.
I advise against arriving to the Fuma guesthouse. We were with friends, we are not troublemakers, no loud scooters. Ordinary quiet two families with children, and we left nervous and disgusted with the behavior of the owners - older people who still had something to say. My friend described in more detail the comment. Exiting the guest house to the car, dangerous, fast moving cars. Ants attacking a car in the parking lot. Return from the beach under a great mountain - about 500 meters. Jadranovo is a nice little place, but I would recommend staying in another guesthouse.

Nie polecam Apartamentów Fuma.
Apartamenty prowadzi starsze małżeństwo po siedemdziesiątce - marudzenie związane z różnicą pokoleń.
Zakwaterowanie źle nie polecam napisałem ze względu na brak klimatyzacji w moim apartamencie (byłem świadomy przed przyjazdem, że nie będzie klimatyzacji przestrzegam przed popełnieniem mojego błędu) budynek nie wyciszony - były rodziny z małymi dziećmi, od godz. 07:00 po budynku niósł się płacz i krzyk małych dzieci, wieczorem jak syn zapukał do drzwi apartamentu znajomych to zwrócono mu uwagę, żeby zachowywał się cicho - nie wiem jak to skomentować - on po prostu zapukał, a nie walił w drzwi:(
Gospodarz źle nie polecam napisałem ze względu na:
Właścicielka ma problemy z opanowaniem nerwów - na dzień dobry znajomy włączył klimatyzację i uczył się obsługi, jego żona wynosiła rzeczy na balkon, zobaczyła to właścicielka i z krzykiem zabrała pilota od klimatyzacji. Wystarczyło powiedzieć, żeby zwracać uwagę na zamykanie drzwi, okien i balkonu przy włączonej klimatyzacji.
Ze względu na wiek są marudni, przesiadują od rana do wieczora na balkonie i ciągle obserwują, mówią tylko po Chorwacku i często nie wiadomo o co im chodzi, trzeba się domyślać.
Wieczorem siedzieliśmy ze znajomymi w pokoju i rozmawialiśmy od czasu do czasu się śmiejąc, zwykła rozmowa bez dzikich śmiechów, śpiewów i krzyków. Taka zwykła codzienna rozmowa.
Wpadła do nas właścicielka z krzykiem żeby być cicho. Na drugi dzień zadzwoniłem do adriatic.hr i poprosiłem o tłumaczenie rozmowy z właścicielką. Chciałem wyjaśnić o co chodziło z tym krzyczeniem na nas. Okazało się, że sąsiedzi poskarżyli się na hałas, który dobiega z naszego pokoju. Jak zacząłem wyjaśniać jaki hałas, bo my siedzieliśmy i tylko rozmawialiśmy okazało się, że w sąsiednim budynku była impreza na dworze i sąsiedzi naszego pokoju poskarżyli się na hałas. Właścicielka mówi po Chorwacku, więc uznała, że to my hałasujemy i krzyczała na nas jak na małe dzieci. Po wyjaśnieniu, że to nie o nas chodziło nie usłyszałem przepraszam. Hałasowali ludzie mówiący w języku niemieckim i skarżyli się też ludzie mówiący w języku niemieckim.
Mój syn 15 letni poszedł wyrzucić śmieci. Wrzucił worek do kubła, właścicielko to zobaczyła i zaczęła po Chorwacku coś do niego wykrzykiwać do tej pory nie wiemy o co chodziło.
Ogólnie jak nasze dzieci szły same (6,12,15 i 16 lat) to właścicielka i jaj mąż ciągle coś do nich mówili - doszło do tego, że dzieci idąc patrzyli, czy na horyzoncie nie widać właścicieli, żeby się z nimi nie spotkać.
Jak pakowaliśmy się do wyjazdu syn powiedział, że słyszał jak właścicielka na piętrze na kogoś krzyczy.
Plaża znośna minimum - najbliższa plaża to około 500 metrów, ale wracając z plaży podejść trzeba pod wielką górę, więc dlatego niska ocena. My mieliśmy ponton i inne rzeczy plażowe, więc "włażenie" pod górę nie było przyjemne. Plaża jest w porządku.
Miejsce znośne minimum - dostęp do plaży nie najlepszy ze względu na górkę, wychodząc z pensjonatu do samochodu przechodzi się przez ulicę - nie zależy to od właścicieli, ale w miejscu przejścia samochody miały dużą prędkość plus mały zakręt przy pensjonacie - ciężko i niebezpiecznie się przechodziło.
Parking w miejscu zacienionym to plus ze względu na słońce, ale było tam pełno mrówek, które upatrzyły sobie chłodnicę samochodu jako miejsce do włażenia. Mam nadzieję, że przez 10 dni pobytu mrówki nie zatkały mi chłodnicy - zobaczymy za jakiś czas. Nie było innego miejsca do parkowania.
NIE POLECAM, ODRADZAM POBYT U TYCH PAŃSTWA. ZA TĄ CENĘ MOŻNA WYKUPIĆ POBYT BLIŻEJ PLAŻY, Z KLIMATYZACJĄ I BASENEM ORAZ BEZ MARUDNYCH, WIECZNIE OBSERWUJĄCYCH Z BALKONU WŁAŚCICIELI.:(

I do not recommend the Fuma Apartments. The apartments are run by an older seventy-year-old couple - whining about the difference of generations. The owner came screaming with us and shouted to be quiet. The next day I called adriatic.hr and asked for a translation of the conversation with the owner. I wanted to explain what it was about shouting at us. It turned out that the neighbors complained about the noise that comes from our room. As I began to explain what noise, because we sat and only talked, it turned out that in the neighboring building there was an outdoor party and the neighbors of our room complained about the noise. The owner speaks Croatian, so she decided that we were making noise and shouting at us as if we were small children. After explaining that it was not about us, I did not hear, I'm sorry. There were people who spoke in German and people who spoke in German complained. My son, 15, went to throw away the trash. He put a sack into the bucket, the owner saw it and started shouting something to him in Croatia, we do not know what it was about. Generally, as our children went alone (6,12,15 and 16 years), the owner and the eggs of the husband were still talking to them - it happened that the children went to see if the owners could not be seen on the horizon. As we packed up to leave, the son said he heard the owner on the floor shouting at someone. The beach is passable minimum - the nearest beach is about 500 meters, but returning from the beach you have to go under a great mountain, so that's why a low rating. We had a pontoon and other beach things, so "getting up" up the hill was not pleasant. The beach is fine. Place tolerable minimum - access to the beach is not the best because of the hill, going from the guest house to the car passes through the street - it does not depend on the owners, but in the place of crossing cars had high speed plus a small bend at the guest house - it was hard and dangerous. Parking in a shady place is a plus due to the sun, but there were plenty of ants, which looked for the radiator of the car as a place to enter. I hope that for 10 days the ant has not blocked my radiator - we will see you soon. There was no other place to park. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I AGAINST STAY WITH THOSE COUNTRIES. FOR THIS PRICE, YOU CAN BUY STAYS CLOSER TO THE BEACH, WITH AIR CONDITIONING AND POOL, AND WITHOUT MORE DIRECTLY OBSERVING FROM THE OWNER BALCONY.:( I HAVE NOT GONE BACK, I RETURNED ON THE OBJECT OWNER.
