    Die Unterkunft liegt nahe zum Strand und verfügt über eine kleine Terrasse, die zum Frühstück am Morgen einlädt. Für 4 Personen ist es eigentlich nicht ideal bzw zu klein. Das Bettsofa befindet sich im Raum mit dem Kühlschrank. Das sorgt für eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse, die manche ev. Weniger toll finden. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich, aber nicht sehr proaktiv. Möglicherweise auch ein sprachliches Problem. Wir konnten aber alles klären.

    Wir haben das Appartment für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gebucht. Das Appartment war aber nur für 2 Erwachsene vorbereitet. Die Handtücher und Bettüberzüge für die Kinder mussten wir nachfordern. Die Vermieterin hat von uns bei der Übergabe des Zimmers gleich den Restbetrag für das gebuchte Appartment verlangt - so viel Bargeld hatten wir gar nicht dabei, sodass wir am Folgetag das Appartment ausbezahlen mussten, nachdem wir beim Bankomat waren. Die Ausziehcouch konnte man ca. 30 cm ausziehen, sodass diese definitiv nicht 2 equivalenten Betten entsprach. Also schlief ein Erwachsener auf der Couch und ein Erwachsener mit den beiden Kindern im (schmalen) Doppelbett. Die Küche war rudimentär mit einer Vielzahl von diversen Einzelstücken ausgestattet; das meiste davon war für unsere Anforderungen wenig geeignet. Statt riesengroßen Töpfen hätte ich mir lieber Eierbecher erhofft oder statt mehreren Kännchen für die Zubereitung von türkischem Kaffee einen Gemüseschäler. Die restliche Ausstattung erschien abgewohnt oder aus zweiter Hand zusammengetragen. Das Toilettpapier mussten wir einmal nachfordern, der Müll wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht geleert. Die Bausubstanz weist Risse quer durch den Zimmerbiden auf, die Stufen der Treppe sind unterschielich hoch (die oberste deutlich niedriger, sodass man leicht stolpert), die Jalousien funktionieren nicht, die Vorhänge sind zu schmal um das ganze Fenster abzudecken, die Dusche hat auf einer Seite eine Schiebetür (die nur eingeschränkt funktioniert) und auf der anderen Seite einen Duschvorhang, der Spiegel am Alibert ist zerkratzt, die Balkontür ist eine umgekehrt eingebaute Hauseingangstür, die man von außen mit Türgriff und von innen nur mit Hilfe des Schlüssels bedienen konnte (ungewöhnlich), das Klofenster des Nachbarappartments geht auf unseren Balkon raus und die Feder in der Türschnalle zur Eingangstür zum Appartment scheint defekt zu sein, sodass die Tür immerwieder aufspringt, sofern man sie nicht versperrt. Das WLAN funktionierte auf unseren Smartfones nicht, der Parkplatz ist rund 50 m vom Haus entfernt, sodass das Packen mühsam war... Fazit: Das Appartment würde ich als Studentenbude passend für ein junges verliebtes Pärchen einordnen, jedoch nicht als Unterkunft für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Für einen Preis von ca. 1.200€ für 8 Nächte haben wir uns deutlich mehr erwartet. Für die nicht vorhandene Gastfreundlichkeit gibt es leider auch keine Pluspunkte. Pluspunke gibt es für die ruhige und doch zentrale Lage.
