nejsme vůbec nároční hosté,už jsme byli na hodně místech v Chorvatsku,na RAB jezdíme 25 let,ale tohle bylo i na nás moc,všechno vybavení hodně staré,za ty peníze by to chtělo alespoň nové matrace,ručníky,toaletní papír,v dnešní době snad automaticky v apartmánu jsou k dispozici,tady ne,nádobí skoro žádné a hlavně alespoň větrák,protože v přehřáté místnosti kde se nedá udělat ani průvan se opradu spát nedá.Poloha apartmánu super,lehátka na zahradě by byly také dobrý bonus .Restaurace v blízkosti pro starší lidi asi nic moc,ale přežít se to dá.Je to škoda,ale sem už nikdy,pokud se tam něco nezmění,ani známím nedoporučíme.Sháněli jsme něco pro děti na poslední chvíli,i když jsou dospělí,raději budou spát s náma na přistýlce,než tohle.URČITĚ BY BYLO VHODNÉ SE JAKO AGENTURA PRODÁVAJÍCÍ APARTMÁNY BYLA PODÍVAT CO VŮBEC NABÍZÍ,TA OSTUDE JDE I ZA VAŠÍ RECENZÍ,BOHUŽEL
we are not demanding guests at all, we have been to many places in Croatia, we have been going to RAB for 25 years, but this was too much for us, all the equipment is very old, for that money we would need at least new mattresses, towels, toilet paper, in today's sometimes they are automatically available in the apartment, not here, there are almost no dishes and, most importantly, at least a fan, because in an overheated room where you can't even create a draft, you can't sleep with your clothes on. The location of the apartment is great, sunbeds in the garden would also be a good bonus. The restaurant in probably not much for older people, but it's possible to survive. It's a shame, but we'll never come here again, unless something changes there, and we won't recommend it to friends. We were looking for something for the children at the last minute, even if they're adults, they'd rather sleep with us on an extra bed, than this. IT WOULD CERTAINLY BE APPROPRIATE AS AN AGENCY SELLING THE APARTMENTS TO LOOK AT WHAT THEY OFFER AT ALL, THAT SHAME ALSO GOES BEHIND YOUR REVIEW, UNFORTUNATELY

appartamento accogliente , completo di BIDET, comodissimo posto macchina , spiaggia a pochi passi , e ottimo ristorante di fronte a casa . in ottima posizione panoramica , proprietari gentili e riservati , sempre presenti in quanto residenti nello tesso edificio

Leider war das kein erholsamer Urlaub für uns.
In der Küche fehlten Kochtöpfe. Bratpfanne und Schüssel waren verschmutzt und unbrauchbar, Geschirr und Besteck sind stark abgenutzt. Ich musste das ganze Küchenzubehör kaufen, damit wir was Kochen konnten. Möbel und die Matratze rochen nach Ammoniak.
Bei der Ankunft hat mir die Vermieterin gesagt, das ich das Doppelbett nicht nutzen soll, da das Bett von den Vormieter beschädigt wurde, also musste ich in Kinderbett schlafen.
Toilettensitzt ist stark abgenutzt, Duschvorhang lässt zu viel Wasser bei duschen durch, dadurch war das Badezimmer unter Wasser. Die Zimmer lassen sich nicht Lüften, da die Fenster zu klein sind. Die Fenster sind mit Moskitonetz versehen. Die Terassentür auf Nacht besser geschlossen halten, weil Krabbeltierchen so wie Eidechsen, Schlangen usw. in die Wohnung gelangen können, manchmal auch angetrunkene Touristen, und wenn die Tür geschlossen ist, ist es unerträglich warm in der Wohnung, am besten Mobiles Klimagerät mitbringen, was ich auch getan habe.
Der beste Platz in der Wohnung ist die Terrasse mit Dusche und der Grillplatz.
Der Strand ist in wenigen schritten über Treppen zu erreichen.
Das Wasser war klar und die Aussichten wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Restaurants sind in unmittelbaren nähe.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit PKW zu erreichen.
Fazit: Wenn man sich für dieses überteuertes Apartment entscheidet, dann muss man mit solchen Überraschungen rechnen. Am besten das ganze Küchenzubehör mitnehmen.
PS: Beschwerden bring nichts, für den Gastgeber und Tourismus Agentur vor Ort ist das völlig Normal.

Unfortunately it wasn't a relaxing vacation for us. Cooking pots were missing in the kitchen. Frying pan and bowl were dirty and unusable, crockery and cutlery are badly worn. I had to buy all the kitchen supplies so we could cook. Furniture and the mattress smelled of ammonia. Upon arrival, the landlady told me not to use the double bed because the bed had been damaged by the previous tenants, so I had to sleep in a cot. Toilet seat is badly worn, shower curtain lets too much water through when showering so the bathroom was flooded. The rooms cannot be aired because the windows are too small. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets. It is better to keep the terrace door closed at night, because crawling creatures such as lizards, snakes, etc. can get into the apartment, sometimes drunk tourists too, and when the door is closed it is unbearably warm in the apartment, it is best to bring a portable air conditioner with you I did too. The best place in the apartment is the terrace with a shower and the barbecue area. The beach can be reached in a few steps via stairs. The water was clear and the views were picture perfect. Restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Shops can only be reached by car. Conclusion: If you choose this overpriced apartment, then you have to expect such surprises. It is best to take all the kitchen accessories with you. PS: Complaints are useless, for the host and tourism agency on site this is completely normal. We are very disappointed.:worried:
