Nice place and area. I think there could be more info or presentation of how to use the apartment either verbally or on paper like the real adresse, WiFi code, stove, flush, cooler, doorlock and so on. We still enjoyed though

Locale mediocre, come la pulizia. Poco fornito, sia in termini di lenzuola che di cose di prima necessità (carta igienica, ecc).
Non abbiamo gradito la "tresca" organizzata dai proprietari: senza aver prenotato, convinti di prendere il bus navetta all'aereoporto, veniamo invece accolti da un tassista con tanto di cartello. Sapendo che la tariffa dei taxi va dai 35 ai 40€, abbiamo ribadito due volte chiaramente che non era nostra intenzione pagare il servizio. Lui dice -due volte- che l'agenzia gli ha fornito il nominativo, ma che è tutto gratis; noi paghiamo lui, e l'agenzia ci rimborsa.
Arrivati all'appartamento, che il tassista dice di faticare a trovare, la proprietaria risponde invece che non sa nulla e fa finta di non capire.
Ok. Ultimo giorno di vacanza: depositiamo i bagagli nella struttura per la mattina e li ritiriamo in pausa pranzo. Suonato il campanello, nel corridoio sbuca il tassista! Compagno della figlia della titolare.
Che ovviamente è scappato nell'appartamento di sotto e non si è più fatto vedere.

Mediocre place, like cleaning. Little supplied, both in terms of sheets and basic necessities (toilet paper, etc.). We did not like the "tresca" organized by the owners: without having booked, convinced to take the shuttle bus to the airport, we are instead welcomed by a taxi driver with a cartel. Knowing that the taxi fare ranges from € 35 to € 40, we clearly reiterated that it was not our intention to pay for the service. He says - twice - that the agency gave him the name, but that it's all free; we pay him, and the agency reimburses us. Arriving at the apartment, which the taxi driver says to struggle to find, the owner replies instead that she knows nothing and pretends not to understand. Ok. Last day of vacation: we deposit our luggage in the structure for the morning and collect it during lunch break. The doorbell rang, the taxi driver emerges in the corridor! Companion of the owner's daughter. Which obviously ran off to the apartment below and never showed up again. Thank you and never see you again!

Das Apartment war bei Ankunft nicht frei. Eine Ersatzwohnung im selben Haus lag im Keller und war zwar Zum Glück frei, aber leider extrem verschmutzt. Nach Rücksprache mit Adriatic.hr haben die Vermieter uns eine weitere Wohnung angeboten, welche auf den ersten Blick, und nach 19h fahrt, annehmbar war, dort leider aber nach 2 Tagen der Schimmel aus der überstrichenen Wand hervor kam (Die Wohnung lag auch im Keller und besaß ein Fenster). Wie die ursprünglich gebuchte Wohnung war kann ich nicht sagen da ich sie nie gesehen habe. Abschließend sind wir einen Tag früher abgereist weil die Feuchtigkeit und der schwarze Schimmel nicht mehr tragbar waren. So wie alles zwischen adriatic und den Vermietern gelaufen ist war ich mit allem zu einem relativ hohen Preis sehr unzufrieden.
The apartment was not free on arrival. A replacement apartment in the same house was in the basement and was fortunately free, but unfortunately extremely dirty. After consultation with Adriatic.hr, the landlords have offered us another apartment, which at first glance, and after 19 hours ride, was acceptable, but unfortunately there after 2 days the mold came out of the swept wall (the apartment was also in the basement and had a window). I can not say what the originally booked apartment was because I never saw it. Finally, we left one day earlier because the moisture and the black mold were no longer acceptable. Just as everything ran between adriatic and the landlords, I was very dissatisfied with everything at a relatively high price.
