    nowy obiekt, warunki hotelowe,dom posiada 4 apartamenty : 2 na parterze wychodzą z tarasu bedzpośrednio na zewnątrz wspólnymi schodami, 2 na pietrze mają taraso- balkon zchodzi się bocznymi schodami na zewnątrz. Obiekt posiada co warto podkreślic na stanie : czajnik elektryczny, mikrofalówkę,kafeautomat,pralkę,żelazko,deska do prasowania,suszarkę. TV satelita, dużo programów niemieckich,angielskich,włoskich, polskie : TV Polonia i Polonia1 Parkowanie aut na wydzielonej parceli, 4 samochody przy rozsądnym parkowaniu się mieszczą. Obiekt przy głównej ulicy Jadrance, akurat nam to nie przeszkadzało. Podziemne tunele na plaże w odległości 50m po lewej i prawej umożliwiają sprawną komunikację na plażę
