The apartment is ok, no complaints, it has everything you need. The owner is ok, relaxed and not aggressive, he will certainly not control you and come to the apartment unnecessarily. The apartment is close to the beach, but someone who has never been to Donji Karin should know that there are quite a few steps to the beach, but the place is quiet and great for families.
