House K-321 is a comfortable holiday home located in Zuborovica, on the Pašman riviera in North Dalmatia. With 45 m² of interior space and a 9 m² terrace offering a sea view, this house is ideal for up to 5 guests. The two bedrooms provide a restful place to sleep, and the living room is equipped with air conditioning, included in the price, so you can relax after a day at the beach.
You’ll find everything you need for a convenient stay, including standard Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a kitchen with basic kitchenware. Sometimes this type of house is completely isolated, with no neighbors nearby, whereas in other cases there are few other houses in the vicinity. Drinking water is rainwater collected in water tanks, electricity is provided via solar panels and stove and refrigerator run on gas. There is no hot water in the house and the shower is usually of an outdoor type, with sun-heated water tanks. Due to this, rational use of water is encouraged. Moreover, all the necessary supplies should be bought beforehand since local stores are generally located far away. All houses are furnished with necessary furniture and appliances - some are better equipped, while others show their spartan spirit. Though maybe sometimes lacking in comfort, ''Robinson Crusoe style'' houses provide unspoiled natural setting, absolute tranquility and crystal clear sea, and will surely make your vacation on the Adriatic coast an unforgettable experience!

A little paradise right by the sea. The holiday home is beautifully situated by the sea – just a few steps and you're right there with your feet in the water. No traffic, no hustle and bustle – perfect for relaxing. Our highlight was the large terrace: It not only offers a breathtaking view of the sea, but also invites you to linger all day long – breakfast with a sea breeze, a good book in a lounge chair, or a glass of wine at sunset. The house itself is very well maintained, lovingly furnished, and equipped with everything you need. Our dogs also felt very comfortable – the spacious grounds offered plenty of room to run around and relax, which made our stay particularly pleasant for us as dog owners. The friendliness of the hosts was also something special. They were always available, helpful, and gave us a warm welcome. If you want to experience peace, nature, and the real Croatia, this is the place for you. We will definitely be back.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A wonderful house. Very clean, everything available what you need. Absolute recommendation. Lovingly furnished and prepared. Air conditioning, TV, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, fly screens, top kitchen equipment... a great, large terrace, great outdoor furniture, various seating areas. Sufficient shade thanks to the trees. Simply fantastic. We felt at home. Very courteous landlord. Bathing in the bay is great for snorkeling and swimming. Afterwards you can take a wonderful shower in the outdoor shower. An unforgettable place to relax. You can't get any closer to the water! And fine sandy beach, jetty. We would like to come again! Kind regards family consolation <3
