Die Unterkunft erhält nur sehr durchschnittliche Noten, obwohl die Vermieter sehr bemüht waren. Dennoch... Staub und schlecht gereinigt. Wir fanden die Spuren unserer Vorgänger fast überall. In der Unterkunft funktionierte zudem der Herd nicht. So konnten wir die erste Woche nichts selber kochen und mussten auswärts essen. Die Vermieter waren zunächst bemüht uns mit Heizplatten auszuhelfen und tauschten dann in der zweiten Woche die Herdplatten. Danach OK. Weiter war die Spüle undicht und tropfte in den darunterliegenden Schrank, in welchem die Töpfe standen. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft OK. Möbel, Ausstattung der Küche, Badezimmer, alles in Ordnung. Der Balkon und die Aussicht sind das Highlight. Die Vermieter sehr gastfreundlich und nett. Deswegen geben wir trotz der technischen Probleme noch ein knappes GUT.

Une vue exceptionnelle et un balcon pour en profiter. Excellente situation à 5 mn à pied de la plage et à 15 mn du centre ville par un sentier aménagé sous les arbres au bord de l'eau (en passant par la plage). Appartement simple mais confortable. Sauf les plaques extrêmement longues à chauffer. Stari Grad est une petite station calme et agréable.

Derutno, neodržavano i što je najgore prljavo: suđe prljavo, sa ostacima skorene hrane; prašnjavo (na noćnom ormariću čačkalica od prethodnog gosta!), balkon pun suhog lišća i prašine, plastični stolnjak crn od prljavštine. Iz slavine u umivaoniku u kupaoni voda ne teče nego kaplje, a kad netko u kući otvori vodu ona nestaje u tušu. Klima se pali uključivanjem u struju, a gasi isključivanjem iz utičnice, nemoguće regulirati. Čaše sve različite, uglavnom reklamne. Žaluzine na balkonu ne mogu se zatvoriti.
