Myself and 3 friends had a great stay in Korcula at Vanja's apartment. She let us check in a bit early upon arrival from the ferry, gave us local recommendations, and even booked us a dinner reservation at one of her favorite restaurants!
Everything was great about the apartment and location, but with 4 people it was a bit of a squeeze, given that the apartment just has one double bed and one couch.

Exactly as the pictures showed. Well-appointed and good kitchen with decent pots and pans. You can cook here, if you want/need but there are plenty of decent restaurants close to the apartment. Really good shower and a laundry machine in the apartment. Bed was firm but comfortable. There is Air Conditioning in the apartment but only in the main living area. Vanja was sweet, thorough with check-in instructions and her English pretty good. She met us in front of the cafe below the apartment. The cafe does have live music and it can get loud, but the bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment. There was a Flamenco duo playing one night and we sat in the dark listening to the music, watching the moonrise and drinking excellent but potent Plavic Mali wine. There are three good markets close by for food, snacks and fresh bread. There is also a bakery that is about a 5-minute walk. Korcula (KOR-CHULA) is an amazing island. Don't miss a trip to Lombarda to visit Bire winery. Well worth an afternoon. I would also recommend going to see Mario at BARić for a wine tasting. Also, if you want to buy some coral jewelry, go see my friend, Willy at Prirodni Nakit on Sv Roka near Adio Mare. You can also go see the good people at Konoba Tramonto and have the Cevapicici. It's awesome! If you want to swim, there is a good public beach not far from the apartment. I started my days there by walking down to water barefoot and taking a swim in the warm Adriatic with one or two other people. If you are beach goer and looking to layout. There are far better beaches, but this was good for a quick swim. This is an awesome town with so much to offer and GREAT people watching!!! Enjoy!

This was a lovely apartment with plenty of space and in a good central location, with a great view of the harbour. The kitchen was generously equipped and it was useful to have a washing machine. The landlady was very kind and helpful. :) :)
