Everything was as described except that the large terrace visible in the photos is not available to guests and there was supposed to be a grill available, but there wasn't.

I will only describe the negatives... The number of parking spaces is in principle 8, but it was constantly used by the guests of the neighboring apartments. A nice little old man told me every day to stand closer to the other car (10 centimeters away) so that a 3rd car could fit in the 2-space parking lot. There are no sunshades, so you cannot stay on the terrace in the afternoon. It wouldn't be a big investment though... it was at the neighboring houses. No microwave oven. This should also be the basis. We heated everything in the electric oven very slowly. There is a towel, but it is only 30cmX50cm, which could not be used to towel off after a shower. By the way, the housemates are nice, they didn't bother me. The apartment knows what is in the description. Since we only went to bed at night, it was perfectly fine. The number of stairs to the beach: 132 - going down is no problem...:-) We went up and around and did some shopping in the meantime. Everything is there! (market, bakery, convenience store, restaurant). Overall it wasn't bad!
