Top location, great sea view from the spacious balcony, small shop 20m away (10m as the crow flies), covered parking space for your own car, boat berths included for your own boat in the immediate vicinity (visibility), beautiful bays all around, small, manageable beach in front of the front door. Except for the bed mattresses in need of renewal, we have nothing to complain about.
