The lady is very helpful and is on site every day, so if you need anything, she always provides it. The apartment is small but pleasant. Unfortunately, the two problems we encountered were: first, a broken washing machine, and second, the air conditioning was completely inefficient. Set to the maximum temperature of 17 degrees Celsius, it only cooled half of the room. In the bedroom, the temperature reached as high as 28 degrees Celsius, and the air conditioning didn't reach it at all. The window was tiny, so even in the evening, when the temperature dropped to 22 degrees Celsius, even opening the window didn't help. So, if you like a little heat, I highly recommend it, but if you like it cooler at night, you'll be exhausted.
