Landlord speaks German very well and is very friendly and hard-working. Apartment is very nicely designed and clean. It is only not suitable for guests who are no longer or not yet so good on their feet, as very steep ramps and stairs have to be overcome. But the house is in a very quiet location (at the end of a cul-de-sac) with a fantastic view.
