Apartments by the sea Valun, Cres - 8086

Liked: The view was nice. And the male owner was trying to be nice. Disliked: You cannot park in front of the house so we had to carry our bags quite a long way. When we got there, the table on the balcony and the balcony weren't clean. We could barely take a shower because the shower head was so rusty. The matress was so soft and uneven that our backs hurt after just one night. The water heater in the kitchen (to heat up water for tea) wasn't working. The chairs on the balcony were uncomfortable. We would have to pay extra 5eur/day for air conditioning. The Wi-fi use was limited only to a few hours per day. The sheets were dirty and the owner said that she could not get the stains out by washing (so maybe she could buy new ones?). The balcony below was directly under our bedroom so people smoking there caused our whole apartment to smell of cigarettes. We left after 3 nights and the owner didn't even offer to pay us back + the agency claimed that due to their terms&conditions, our complaint was invalid. Too expensive for such a bad experience.
