Gospodarz niemiły. W kuchni mrówki faraonki. Plaża ratuje tą lokalizację.
Host unpleasant. Pharaoh ants in the kitchen. The beach saves this location.

Appartement bien situé. 2 grandes terrasses. Intérieur du logement vieillot mais propre. Pas de rideau ni volet aux fenêtres. Propriétaire ne parle pas Anglais. Paiement en espèces souhaité mais en Euros, pas en Kuna. A préciser sur l'annonce car c'est compliqué de retirer des euros à Vinisce...:worried:
Well located apartment. 2 large terraces. Interior of the accommodation dated but clean. No curtains or shutters on the windows. Owner does not speak English. Cash payment desired but in Euros, not in Kuna. To be specified on the ad because it's complicated to withdraw euros at Vinisce...:worried:

Napriek tomu, že popis uvádzal reálne metre štvorcové, v skutočnosti pôsobí ubytovanie veľmi stiesnením dojmom, izby sú veľmi malé, tmavé s malými oknami, v jednej spálni je dokonca maličké okno s výhľadom na stenu vzdialenú asi meter. Boli sme sklamaní, že hneď druhý deň sa pokazila klimatizácia a domáci nedokázal zabezpečiť jej opravu do konca nášho pobytu. Klimatizácia pritom bola pre nás veľmi dôležitá, hľadali sme iba objekt s klimatizáciou. Tiež sa nám nepáčilo, že nám domáci zakázal rozložiť rozkladací gauč , ktorý sme chceli využiť na spanie pre syna, nakoľko v oboch spálňach sú úzke manželské postele. Bohužiaľ, musíme skonštatovať, že cena ubytovania v žiadnom prípade nezodpovedá kvalite ubytovania a to ani s ohľadom na dobrú polohu. Napriek uvedenému sme tu strávili príjemný pobyt (12 nocí) a dokonale sme si oddýchli. Väčšinu času sme však strávili na veľmi priestrannej terase s výhľadom na more, čo považujeme za najväčšie pozítívum ubytovania. Kladne hodnotíme aj malú pláž, ktorú sme mali iba pre seba. Nepríjemne sme sa cítili v deň nášho odchodu, keď sme ešte raňajkovali a balili si zvyšné veci a pán domáci doslova stál nad nami s vaničkou s čistiacimi prostriedkami a ešte počas nášho pobytu začal zvliekať posteľnú bielizeň. Pritom sme odchádzali o pol siedmej ráno, iba sme sa chceli v pokoji naraňajkovať.
Although the description stated real square meters, the accommodation actually feels very cramped, the rooms are very small, dark with small windows, in one bedroom there is even a small window overlooking the wall about a meter away. We were disappointed that the next day the air conditioning broke down and the host was unable to arrange for its repair until the end of our stay. Air conditioning was very important to us, we were only looking for an object with air conditioning. We also did not like the fact that the host forbade us to unfold the sofa bed, which we wanted to use for sleeping for the son, as both bedrooms have narrow double beds. Unfortunately, we must state that the price of accommodation does not correspond to the quality of accommodation in any case, even with regard to a good location. Despite the above, we spent a pleasant stay (12 nights) and we relaxed perfectly. However, we spent most of our time on a very spacious terrace overlooking the sea, which we consider to be the biggest positive of the accommodation. We also appreciate the small beach, which we only had for ourselves. We felt uncomfortable on the day of our departure, when we were still having breakfast and packing the rest of the things and the host was literally standing over us with a tub of cleaning products and during our stay he started taking off bed linen. We left at half past six in the morning, we just wanted to have breakfast in peace.

First of all I need to say that Adriatic.hr charge way too much in booking fee. A price list in the flat showed a price 50euro cheaper than we paid per night! If we had paid this instead of what we actually paid the price would have matched the flat better.
The view and the location is good and it’s great to take a dip from the private concrete boat mooring, but the flat itself is very basic and much too basic for the price asked compared to anywhere else we have stayed in Croatia. It didn’t help that we were the first guests for the season and besides not haven’t been cleaned since last summer at least it seemed that way (dust everywhere and old food in the fridge), it wasn't made ready before we came. Gasbottle had to be changed, boat moved from the ladder used to get in/out sea for swimming etc. Only tiny handtowels were offered and no sun shade for the concrete slab with the deckchairs.
Also it should be mentioned in the description of the flat that a huge dog resides in the house which has a warning sign about the dog on the fence. We were not bothered by the dog, but would not have felt safe about if it we had brought small children or a dog of our own. Owner was friendly, he had left cold drinks in the fridge for us, and came to check if we were allright and calmed us concerning the dog, but the place should have been more ready when we arrived. However sea is lovely and Vinisce was a cosy oldfashioned resort which we enjoyed. Due to the overcharge, however, we can unfortunately not recommend adriatic.hr
