Three bedroom apartment near beach Cove Zarace (Gdinj), Hvar A-2047-b

The equipment of the small apartment was old, but we didn't have high expectations beforehand. The location was great, we enjoyed the beautifully clear sea, privacy and paddleboard trips. We also enjoyed the terraces, where there was shade in the morning and evening. Overall, the apartment's environment seemed a bit neglected, it would be enough to sweep away the cobwebs and take care of the flowers in the pots. But otherwise, really satisfied. .

The apartment is old. Ok.. old house, you can hear everything through the walls, old furniture, that's great, but the mattresses are from 1992!!! Still "Made in Yugoslavia"! The apartment is not cleaned, cobwebs everywhere, dust and leftovers from previous guests (cans and leftovers of garbage) under the beds, one refrigerator is rusty and over 20 years old, the other refrigerator is fairly new. The bathroom has a broken sink and bathtub. The hot water heater is rusty and the electricity is homemade. The windows all leaked during heavy rain and we had water in the apartment. The mosquito nets are all torn, broken and glued/patched with duct tape and there are such holes in them that the cat came into the apartment. The armchair in the kitchen has a cover, because it is torn and destroyed. There is a smell of damp in the kitchen unit. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped with utensils, there is also an oven, which is old but works. Is this a 3* apartment??? The surroundings are beautiful, the beach is very beautiful, quiet, the water is very clean, you can hear nature at night. The location is very nice.
