Doskonała lokalizacja obiektu:blisko do lotniska,pięknego Trogiru oraz Splitu,a także do morza ok.150 m.Utrudnieniem była jednak budowa sieci kanalizacyjnej co uniemożliwiało swobodne poruszanie się po nadmorskiej promenadzie,natomiast podczas opadów deszczu wszystkie okoliczne uliczki zamieniały się w górskie potoki,w których woda miała ok.20 cm głębokości /konieczność chodzenia bez obuwia/.Należy przypuszczać,że w przyszłym sezonie stan okolicznej infrastruktury ulegnie znacznej poprawie.
