The apartment is exactly as pictured. The owner is very nice. Unfortunately, the beach is much further away than advertised. However, I recommend it.

I don't think anything has changed in this apartment in 20 years. The stench from the sewage system is unbearable at 30 degrees Celsius. The beach is close. The owner is a very nice elderly couple. Cleanliness is okay.
