+ Beautiful place (sea, surrounding landscape, entering the sea suitable for paddleboards and kayaks, pleasant walks and boat trips to nearby bays). + The shop (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.) is in the harbor, a 7-minute walk away, ideal for fresh pastries and ice cream for children. + 2 larger restaurants in the port. + The apartment has air conditioning in each bedroom and new windows with integrated insect nets. - Untidy apartment (garbage in the bin, dirt in the bathroom, moldy dish drainer). - Mold on the ceiling too. - Non-functioning electrical outlet in one bedroom (whole outlet box fell out, inside looked like it had burned out in the past). In the second bedroom, the switch in the wall was not fixed, it fell out (but at least it worked!). - In the closet in the bedroom there was linen apparently belonging to the owner of the building. - Missing services that were offered (beach chairs, TV). There was a grill, but it was only a grate placed on the ground, under which a fire was made. - Uncomfortable outdoor furniture. - The owner does not communicate, does not speak English, hangs up when you try to call him. - Stay at the construction site - the owner is adding new parts and repairing the existing ones, so when returning from the sea you walk past a pile of sand, a mixer. - The bay is a popular anchorage for yachts and larger ships, so swimming across the bay is very adrenaline-filled. In addition, some crews decide to have a party on the ship, so you are listening to loud music until 4 am.
