The house is categorized as "Facilities for peaceful vacation". Since there are no other accommodation units in the house besides yours, you can spend your summer vacation in peace and in the company of your loved ones. The hosts will not be staying in the house during your holiday.
The surface of the yard is 2300 m2. Guests can also use the parking lot adjacent to the house, however it is necessary to check availability in advance. More than a kilometer away you can find: Shop, Pharmacy, ATM/Bank machine, Night club, Center, Restaurant. Reserved facility is "Robinson Crusoe style" type of facility. More than 100 meters of the road leading to the facility is of macadam type.
"Robinson Crusoe Style" Tourism
"Robinson Crusoe style" houses are those located either on small islands or in remote bays accessible only by macadam roads. Sometimes this type of house is completely isolated, with no neighbors nearby, whereas in other cases there are few other houses in the vicinity. Drinking water is rainwater collected in water tanks, electricity is provided via solar panels and stove and refrigerator run on gas. There is no hot water in the house and the shower is usually of an outdoor type, with sun-heated water tanks. Due to this, rational use of water is encouraged. Moreover, all the necessary supplies should be bought beforehand since local stores are generally located far away. All houses are furnished with necessary furniture and appliances - some are better equipped, while others show their spartan spirit. Though maybe sometimes lacking in comfort, ''Robinson Crusoe style'' houses provide unspoiled natural setting, absolute tranquility and crystal clear sea, and will surely make your vacation on the Adriatic coast an unforgettable experience!

Beautiful accommodation, 100% privacy and peace, everyone is enthusiastic - small children, dog. A simple shelter, mosquito nets, wooden shutters, clean, everything worked. We carried drinking water (from the connections for yachts from the marina or from the tap from the nearby Grbascas viewpoint). You are in a national park where you have to pay a one-time entrance fee that is valid for the entire stay. Quiet plastic relatively without people. There is de facto no beach at the accommodation - only a small one with stones by the pier. Great for bathing and swimming, we went to the nearby town of Žman with my little son (2.5 years old). In addition, a large yacht was anchored there for 4 days and it was only possible to go to the smaller fishing piers. Lots of trips, you are on the other side of the island (Veli Rat) in 40 minutes. A great short walking circuit to the church of St. Victor directly from the cabin. Solar energy, rainwater, fully sustainable. A very nice family vacation!
