"Robinson Crusoe style" houses are those located either on small islands or in remote bays accessible only by macadam roads. Sometimes this type of house is completely isolated, with no neighbors nearby, whereas in other cases there are few other houses in the vicinity. Drinking water is rainwater collected in water tanks, electricity is provided via solar panels and stove and refrigerator run on gas. There is no hot water in the house and the shower is usually of an outdoor type, with sun-heated water tanks. Due to this, rational use of water is encouraged. Moreover, all the necessary supplies should be bought beforehand since local stores are generally located far away. All houses are furnished with necessary furniture and appliances - some are better equipped, while others show their spartan spirit. Though maybe sometimes lacking in comfort, ''Robinson Crusoe style'' houses provide unspoiled natural setting, absolute tranquility and crystal clear sea, and will surely make your vacation on the Adriatic coast an unforgettable experience!

House 8155 in the town of Lavdara, Dugi otok - North Dalmatia is located 20 m from the sea. The nearest beach to this accommodation is a concrete slabs beach. The house is categorized as "Facilities near a beach". You will be the house's only guests during your holiday, as there are no other rooms or apartments. The hosts will not be in the house for the duration of your holiday.
The yard area has a surface of 30 m2. A boat mooring is available, but it must be booked in advance. Facilities more than a kilometer away are: Shop, Pharmacy, ATM/Bank machine, Night club, Center, Restaurant. The facility is situated on an islet that cannot be accessed by car. The parking lot is more than 100 meters away from the facility. Reserved facility is "Robinson Crusoe style" type of facility.

A perfect place for a holiday with your family. A step away from the beautifull water and stunning surroundings around reachable by boat. Very friendly hosts. The only point is that the nights can be very warm.

Absolutely idyllic quiet place, clean sea, no cars. Still, excellent amenities and supermarket 10-30 minutes away if you have a boat. The host is extremely helpful and reliably dealt with our wishes and requirements. On departure, he arrived in his ship ahead of time and everything was pleasant. A four-point lashing for the boat is available on site, which reliably held even a 6m speed boat. The equipment of the apartment is good, there is a huge oven including several grates and tools. The building has a large covered terrace. The host provided us with free covered parking for our car in Sali. Just watch out for the electricity, which is reliably connected to the lighting and the fridge. There is only one 60W socket available for guests. A maximum of a laptop is enough. Overall, this was the best place out of the 25 destinations we visited in 17 years in Croatia.
