The accommodation includes almost everything you need for everyday use, but the bathroom needs some catching up (unpleasant smell). One bedroom has no window but a small balcony that is monitored by the camera, just the terrace and the other balcony. The gentleman lives directly below, he is nice and helpful. Plus Punk is a private beach 50m away but only for those who can swim. We were generally satisfied for the price.

Very good location, with superb view, but dilapidated especially the bathroom (shower leak) Owner too intrusive.
