The apartment is modestly equipped, small in space. For two people it is on the limit of usability. In hot and windless weather, the absence of air conditioning is almost unbearable, even if the apartment has well-located windows (with respect to sunlight). It's a pretty cool place for a man who's content with little and can handle the heat well.
