Beautiful view, first coastline. Proximity to the beach and promenade. Bathrooms quite ugly with many defects in the form of falling handles, lack of hand towels, a lot of mold and mildew on the joints. In one bathroom there is no threshold by the shower, which threatened to flood the corridor. Air conditioning is additionally payable and poorly located. 2 end rooms have it, and the third room on the opposite side does not have air conditioning. Outside, air conditioners on the terrace, which causes noise and additional "heating" of those staying on the terrace - and it was hot anyway. You can make your stay a little easier by turning on the ceiling fans - in our case they were running 24 hours a day for 2 weeks. Additionally, the entrance door is installed quite poorly, it is difficult to close it (it opens by itself) and there is no wall at the top so all the cold from the air conditioning has nowhere to escape. We had agreed that we would receive 2 sets of keys, and we received one. The owner was supposed to deliver the second set but did not do it for 2 weeks 😢 A place with potential, requires some work.
