Dear Team, I was unfortunately not happy with the property. The staircase was very nicely done. The attic apartment is renovated! Our apartment, however, is very outdated. My wife couldn't shower because the corner entry was only 33 cm high. There was a very old, energy-guzzling air conditioner, and the owner charges exorbitant rates for the electricity: €1/CW/h (a rip-off, a 500% markup!). With the air conditioner set to 25 degrees, the consumption in 8 hours was €11. There were three of us in the apartment, but there were only two chairs for breakfast! The bathroom had no window or ventilation. I certainly won't be vacationing with this landlady again! Thank you, Sincerely, Hermann Schmidt

The apartment is spacious, modern, well equipped and clean. It is in a perfect location, close to the beach, grocery store. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The host is very kind and helpful. We were very satisfied with everything and we recommend this accommodation to everyone.
