Apartments by the sea Omiš - 15485

We were thrilled with this accommodation with its fantastic view! A fantastic view of the bay and marina, seagulls flying past the window, and in the evening, the sunset over the sea! Our disabled grandmother spent the day sitting in the shade on the balcony and watching tourists on the new palm-lined beach promenade. We younger ones walked to the old town, and the beach is only a few minutes away. The residential street next to the house is quiet, with little traffic. Parking is available above the gardens on the hillside. The apartment is spacious and comfortably furnished. In addition to the two bedrooms and the eat-in kitchen, there is an extra living room, so there is enough space for four people to relax. Everything was clean, appliances worked well (including the air conditioning and washing machine). There were plenty of amenities and kitchen utensils. The caretaker is easy to reach via WhatsApp. We'll be back; in the off-season, the value for money is excellent; we recommend this apartment even to less mobile guests!

Very poorly maintained apartment. Dishwasher and washing machine did not work. Air conditioning was also poorly maintained. The filters were pitch black and the air conditioning did not cool properly. The bathroom and toilet were very dirty upon arrival, there was mold on the walls. There was also a much too large topper on the bed. The bed itself was 1.40 and the topper 1.60. Cupboards were full of junk so we could not put our luggage away. The owner did nothing with the complaints and kept claiming that the washing machine would not be broken while her employee had also concluded that it did not work. There was supposed to be WiFi in the apartment, but it also worked very poorly to not at all. If the lights were on immediately and we wanted to cook, the fuses blew. There was also nothing shared about what to do with the waste so we had dirty dirty bags in our apartment for 2 weeks. Really a worthless apartment and my advice is not to book this!!!!
