Very nice house, great pool and great views of the sea, mainland and surrounding islands. Absolute quiet and secluded location, only the chirping of crickets can be heard. In a few minutes you can walk down to a beautiful rocky bay with crystal-clear water, where you are completely alone except for the occasional anchoring sailing boat (it is a bit difficult to get into the water). The house and property are very well maintained, built with great attention to detail. From the various terraces - by the pool, in front of the house - and from the roof terrace you have a fantastic view. Hikes directly from the house possible. The town of Tkon can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Worth seeing the Benedictine monastery Cocovacs (Tkon) - please note the opening times (4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. except Sunday). Great vacation. Accommodation wonderful and fantastic view from the pool. Owners are super nice. Getting to the property took some getting used to at first. And a jetty could possibly be built by the sea. But otherwise it was fantastic.👍👍👍👍🥰🥰

The best vacation, absolute peace and quiet. The owners built a beautiful pool this year (2022) with an unbeatable view. The way to the beach is not for flip flops, and the rocks on the coast are not inviting to lie around all day - we solved it by swimming in the sea, snorkeling and then returning to the house and lying by the pool. The road to the house is also not the smoothest, but we did it with a loaded station wagon. But next time I'd rather go without an agency, their SMS notification system doesn't work at all, they only contacted the owner after calling the agency directly. Lesson learned for next time - require direct contact with the owner.
