Three bedroom apartment near beach Kučište - Perna, Pelješac A-4539-a

A large, spacious apartment and a terrace overlooking the sea. The location is not directly on the beach, which is an advantage. Very nice and helpful hosts. I would highly recommend.

Hosts insisted for payment right as we entered the apartment w/o any style like we won't pay the rest of reservation. Came back several times for money even though we had to go to orebić atm. His words were not appropriate and kind. Kitchen utensils are approximately 20 years old - definitely overused! There were at least 6 different sets of plates, also 20 years old. We couldn't match 5 plates from same set. Towels not so dense, as paper thick. We didn't get a hand soap, body wash, which all in fact cost 1.5eur together. We asked for scotch and dish soap and got it (don't know if it was extra for us or just, by occasion, forgotten). WiFI signal was very poor, at the end we were connected to mobile internet. We were asked to pay EXTRA 10€/day for airconditioning and, further more, asked by host to turn off while leaving apartment. For instance -electricity consumption for 2 climas costs 40kn (6€ in total per 24hrs). We definitely didn't feel welcomed, just as a someone they'll get money from. I'm writing this because it's not 40eur apartment but 120 (!) eur per night. Value for money is 1 out of 10. You should really work hard on hospitality, please visit free hosting workshops.
