Two bedroom apartment with terrace Orebić, Pelješac A-264-d

Nice and clean apartment. Very friendly and helpful host. Great location and not far from the bakery and the beach. The kitchen is well equipped! Unfortunately the air conditioning is old (doesn't cool well anymore) and only in the hallway, so the bedrooms aren't cooled. Unfortunately there are no insect nets either, as there are a lot of mosquitoes, which is a problem...

The apartment is spacious and each room has its own bathroom, if you want to use the kitchen I would also equip it with a tablecloth and sponges to rinse the dishes, otherwise it is well stocked. We arrived in a very hot week and the apartment is equipped with ONLY ONE air conditioner positioned in the corridor which struggles to cool the whole apartment. The outdoor furniture on the terrace should be changed (broken sofa - old and chipped benches and outdoor table). The sheets they provided were a little small compared to the beds, but fortunately they weren't needed given the stifling heat. The chest of drawers in one of the rooms (exactly the one in the photo - it's not in the living room) would need to be fixed (two drawers broken). From home you can reach the beach on foot with a good walk (at least 10 minutes) so the car can stay parked. The lady who received us was kind and accommodated our requests. The rent is high compared to how the apartment is set up so I would suggest making some improvements.
