One bedroom apartment with terrace and sea view Milna, Vis A-1145-a

The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea, it can be reached by stairs and stones in a moment, but this entrance to the sea is not for children, and in case of big waves, not even for adults. We walked/drove to the beach in Milno, it is ideal for families with children, beautifully clear water and long shallows. Sometimes we went to Zaglav, it is bigger, also beautiful, but you have to walk a kilometer. The island is great for people who have a boat/boat and can explore all the bays and beaches that cannot be reached by car. Also for divers and lovers of military history. We were just an ordinary family with two small children, so we did not enjoy all the beauties of the island, and next time I would choose a place with a beach for children right next to the apartment. But it was quiet there at the end of August, no crowds, sometimes we were almost alone on the beach, I appreciate that again and I would love to come back when the kids are older. At first glance, the accommodation looks like a cottage - a lot of cobwebs (I'm afraid of spiders, but surprisingly they didn't bother me), deep cleaning was not done for a long time, I had to clean the bathroom when I arrived (but for some it might be fine). We appreciated the air conditioning as it was very hot during the week even at night. In the evening and at night, we closed the doors and windows because of mosquitoes, grasshoppers and crickets. The garden is such a wilderness, but there are beautiful butterflies flying around! The terrace for watching the stars in the evening from the lounger was also great. We lacked a little space for the children to run around. But we gave them a pool with a fountain on the terrace - there is a hose to connect it to, and they had a great time! We also used the grill. The outdoor shower is amazing! The restaurant is good right in Milno, great fish, service, affordable prices. Next time I would go shopping in Studenac and go to Tomy's in Vis for a big purchase. Vis is beautiful, I was enchanted! Even Komiža is nice. The owners are very nice people! They live in the house but have a separate entrance and leave the guests privacy.
