Very good and quiet location. The stand is clean, but not expanded as you would otherwise know. We didn't mind though as there were fewer people there:-) Accommodation is good. A bit old, but sufficient and no W-LAN. Equipment corresponds to the pictures. Awesome terrace, good view of the sea. Owner TOP, very nice and friendly. Speaks great German.

For us, this accommodation was the perfect value for money. It was equipped with everything we needed. The large terrace is a real gift with the view and the fresh sea breeze. The living room is even prettier now than in the picture. The TV set is also more modern. We took an HDMI cable with us and watched movies from my laptop. The WiFi signal was not missing at all. The mattresses on the beds are comfortable and not spongy. The bedding is clean and crisp. The host and his son are great people. The fact that the sea is 80 meters away and that you will find a varied coastline with a family atmosphere makes this place a real treasure. The center of Zadar can be reached by car in 15 minutes, but there is also a bus service. This cozy accommodation is simply great. The small balcony also brightened the mornings.8)
