The location of the apartment is very good, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The parking lot at the apartment is worth its weight in gold given the few parking spaces. The apartment has NO sea view. The rooms are bright and spacious. The bathrooms are functional but in need of renovation. In the kitchen there is a lot of old kitchen utensils that should be restocked. The clairaudience of the building is very disturbing, but the walls are opaque. We didn't get to know the owners, the employees who handed over and returned the apartment were very pleasant and trained.

A nice clean apartment, modern furnishings, all appliances available. Good quiet location. The only thing we did not like was that the street was very busy. You simply threw the waste on the barren land. That does not fit so well to the resort 😢
