As a holiday apartment has no rental standard

Quiet apartment 20 minutes walk from the beach (uphill on the way back) No air conditioning! Big downside in the middle of summer. Lots of mosquitoes and drafts not feasible. Apartment in its original condition... Light bulb flashing in the entrance. Cleanliness that leaves something to be desired... Parking in front of the building without any space worries. Car essential to go to the city center.
