The holiday apartment was very nice, and the landlord was also very pleasant. The only downside is that one bedroom is next to the neighbors' bathroom/toilet, so you can hear everything (which is a bit annoying, especially in the evening). The beach is relatively close by. Grocery stores were also within easy walking distance. All in all, we can highly recommend it. We would gladly come back anytime.
