The house is in a very quiet location, we found it very clean and the owner's welcome was very friendly, we had a great time and we hope to be able to return.

The landlords are friendly and helpful, but they can't blame the numerous insects in the house, from grasshoppers and mini-scorpions to millipedes, ants, and woodlice. You can't leave windows and doors open; every crumb attracts ants. The kitchen is very sparsely equipped, and there's no oven. The village is very quaint, but peripheral; you can't get to a decent beach without a car. The local beach is more like a rocky boat dock, not really suitable for swimming. At night, we were woken from our sleep by the bleating of wild sheep, which roam everywhere, including the garden.

I found the apartment very welcoming and practical: it is an entire single house with a garden and an olive grove: there is no shortage of space. There were 5 of us, but it could fit 7 comfortably (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), there is a washing machine and dishwasher. Stivan is a small, very quiet town (in the company of several cats who come to visit guests) where you can relax between one beach and another (the closest is Miholascica, very beautiful, 5 minutes away by car, or you can explore the island).
