New mattresses are required especially for sofa beds and futons. We woke up with sore hips and backs. We are light people under 75kg/165lbs. Ceiling fans should be installed in lofted apartments as cool air from A/C units migrate to lower levels leaving upper rooms still warm. Host(s) need to learn to speak English as advertised, fortunately our family speaks other languages. We had 9 people in two apartments cooking two meals per day, with one dishwasher and were only allowed on washing pod per day. We also hand washed dishes.
