Drinking water is rainwater collected in water tanks, electricity is provided via solar panels and stove and refrigerator run on gas. There is no hot water in the house and the shower is usually of an outdoor type, with sun-heated water tanks. Due to this, rational use of water is encouraged. Moreover, all the necessary supplies should be bought beforehand since local stores are generally located far away. All houses are furnished with necessary furniture and appliances - some are better equipped, while others show their spartan spirit. Though maybe sometimes lacking in comfort, ''Robinson Crusoe style'' houses provide unspoiled natural setting, absolute tranquility and crystal clear sea, and will surely make your vacation on the Adriatic coast an unforgettable experience!

Good day The stay in the holiday home was excellent. The communication was very good. Two things should be communicated to the vacationers in advance. On the one hand, there are only limited possibilities to reach the island by ferry. Second, as in our case, the ticket for the national park (as in our case) should be offered or charged by the landlord or Adriatic.hr. We had a great holiday. Mrs. Franceskini tried hard from the first day to fulfill all wishes. We stayed at the property as a family with two shepherd dogs and we all felt very comfortable

The house has several water infiltrations when it rains and also the water supply system undergoes several interruptions, easily solved by intervening in the control unit located in the cellar. Bathroom without shower curtain. For the rest everything ok!
