Very good apartment, beautyfull sea view, calm, peacefull milieu, crystal clear water, very nice and helpfull host. Highly recomended.

It was great. I recommend it for another year.

The place is very nice, but we were very dissatisfied with the accommodation. Considerable vacancy of the apartment. A lot of faults: unsatisfactory bathroom - low water pressure, cannot regulate the shower, very weak light. Inappropriate sink without the possibility of sealing the spout. The owner blinded the hot water in the kitchen sink, only functional cold water. Allocated 1 toilet paper for 5 people per week with the words buy more yourself. The owner demanded 6 euros per day for air conditioning. After a strong warning about the prescribed fee of 5 euros, he changed it the next day. Unsecured parking for the second car, (reservation of parking spaces for 2 cars was indicated in advance in the request and reserved). Finally, emergency parking in the building. On departure, vulgar and arrogant behavior with shouting and physical attacks and throwing things. He demanded 10 euro per person for the final inspection of the rooms. When leaving the building, he kicked part of the base of the license plate of one of the cars. Unlike last year's stay in Zavalatica - great satisfaction. A completely different and unsatisfactory approach.
