The apartment was just right for three people. We used the terrace every day for breakfast and dinner. The landlords are very friendly and nice. There is a grocery store in the immediate vicinity. The harbor is also just 5 minutes away on foot. Beach: you can always find a spot that suits you. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back!

Both accommodations were definitely dated but that wouldn't have been the problem if the cleanliness had been up to expectations. That is definitely an aspect to review... the owners are exquisite and helpful people but well, it's not always enough!
