We have been coming to Lošinj for many years. Most of the time, these are pleasant experiences. Even this one, I mean the owners, were great, extremely friendly, not that they weren't. But still, a lot of things were missing, (maybe salt and pepper), definitely hand soap, more toilet paper, dish soap, a trash can, a bin in the bathroom, very poor wifi, the drain in the bathroom was constantly clogged... The worst thing is that on Booking, when we went to look at the comments in more detail, they repeated this, but the owners had no idea about the negative comments at all, because they only do business with the agency, and the agency with Booking, which did not send these comments to them, so they could not improve the user experience.
